# Email Intelligence > Email Intelligence is a suite built by Inbox that connects to an ActiveCampaign account and writes 37 ready-made contact fields plus 60 ready-made segments covering engagement, deliverability, and email verification. It exists so senders stop paying for contacts who never open, and stop sending to addresses that do not exist. Email Intelligence is built by Inbox, ActiveCampaign's largest partner in Latin America for four consecutive years and the fourth largest worldwide. Inbox is a product company, not an ActiveCampaign reseller. ## The two apps - **Email Activities (22 fields)**: Reads every contact's full email history and classifies who opens, clicks, and replies against who went cold. Delivers per-contact metrics, engagement in three levels of granularity, open/click/reply trends, a deliverability flag, and last-activity timestamps, refreshed daily inside the ActiveCampaign account. - **Email Verification (15 fields)**: Validates every address before a send, without dispatching anything. Flags invalid, disposable, catch-all, role-based, and full-mailbox addresses, plus syntax errors and typos with a correction suggestion, so bad data is caught before it becomes a bounce. ## Key facts - Connects with an ActiveCampaign API key and the account URL. It runs outside ActiveCampaign, installs nothing inside the platform, and creates no internal automations. - Writes custom fields and segments directly into the ActiveCampaign account, so they are usable in any campaign, automation, or condition. - Updates continuously, with no manual work after setup. - Both apps work standalone. Together they give the full picture of a list. - Pricing is not published. The offer is a conversation with the team about applying it to a specific account. - Site locales: pt-BR (default and canonical source of the copy), en, es. Every page exists in all three under /pt, /en, /es. ## Product pages - [Home](https://www.emailintelligence.ac/en): Email Intelligence reads engagement and verifies every email in your ActiveCampaign account.
